Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
At Lula & Mimi, we carefully curate and inspect every piece before it is listed for sale. As our collection consists primarily of preloved and consigned designer items, all pieces are sold in their existing condition and all sales are generally final.
We encourage customers to review all photographs, measurements and item descriptions carefully before purchasing. Minor signs of wear consistent with preloved items may be present and, where identified, will be noted in the listing description.
Sizing
As we stock a wide range of luxury brands and designers, sizing can vary significantly between labels and collections. For this reason, Lula & Mimi cannot guarantee fit or take responsibility for sizing discrepancies between brands.
We recommend reviewing the measurements provided and researching the designer’s sizing guide prior to purchase. If you require further information before purchasing, please contact us at lulaandmimi@gmail.com — we are always happy to assist.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at lulaandmimi@gmail.com.
Where a return is approved, the item must be returned within 7 business days of approval.
Returned items must:
-
be in the same condition as received;
-
not have been worn or altered; and
-
include all original tags and packaging where applicable.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service, as Lula & Mimi cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels until they have been safely received by us.
Any items returned that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
