Processing Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During sale periods, events or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using tracked shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For higher-value designer items, signature on delivery and additional insurance may be required to ensure secure delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

Packaging

Each Lula & Mimi order is carefully packaged to protect your item during transit. Where available, original designer dust bags, boxes or packaging included with the item will be noted in the product description.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Lula & Mimi is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
